Penzance Promenade Pop up Sites

The deadline for pop up sites has now been extended to the 21 February 2019 at midday.

Are you a business looking to expand? Are you an entrepreneur with a bright idea you’re longing to make a reality?

If yes, then Cornwall Council can help. The authority has 11 sites across Cornwall - ranging from car parks to country parks and beaches - that are now available to lease for pop up businesses. These include sites on Penzance Promenade.

The aim of this scheme is to put Council-owned land to good use by providing business opportunities that enhance the local area. Money raised for the lease of these sites goes straight back into protecting and enhancing Cornwall’s unique natural environment.

In particular, the Council is looking for tenders that propose pop up ideas that will really enhance the local area for both residents and visitors – from coffee stalls, ice cream sellers and gourmet burger vans to deck chair hire, fitness classes and purveyors of gourmet dog biscuits.

The sites are listed below. If you wish to return a tender for a concession the deadline is 21st February 2019 at midday.
